"Ancient toxic masculinity"

Films: Rawhead Rex (1986)

Alias: None

Type: Mystical

Location: Civilized area/Forest

Height/Weight: That of an average human.

Affiliation: Evil

Summary: Somewhere below the Earth lies the epitome of man's cruelty to his fellow man. And it comes in the form of a creature that wouldn't be out of place in a death metal album.

History: No one truly knows the origins of the ogre-like beast known as Rawhead Rex, but it's safe to assume that he's a demon of some sort. After his tomb in the Irish countryside is disturbed, he rises to kill whoever he pleases and corrupt those who live.

Notable Kills: Very graphically rips out his own follower's throat when he outlives his usefulness.

Final Fate: A womanly idol is used to hurt, depower, and bury Rawhead Rex after his rampage. However, he inexplicably rises again soon afterward. Though now that people know his weakness, his killing spree may be cut short...

Powers/Abilities: Can hypnotize anyone he locks eyes with for long enough into doing his bidding.

Weakness: An idol specifically meant to be used by women will inflict tremendous pain upon him.

Scariness Factor: 4-A truly vicious beast, Rawhead is a fanged sadist that we wish never got summoned in the first place. No person is too young or weak to get horribly eviscerated. And would you believe he could have been WORSE?!

Trivia: -Oh yes, Rawhead could have been a lot worse. In the original short story by Clive Baker, Rawhead Rex was a horrible demigod that represented the darkness of man's sex drive. Looking like an emancipated naked man with a toothy bloated sac for a head, Rawhead almost exclusively hunted children, and could only be warded off by pregnant women.

-Peter Mayhew was going to play as the monster, but due to his overly high fee, they gave the role to Heinrich von Schellendorf. The man then proceeded to work out for two months just for the role.

Whowever awakened this guy deserves a backhand slap.

"After 10,000 years, I'm free! It's time to conquer EARTH!!!"
Pure wrath, if any of this is to go by.

High blood pressure fits the both of them.

We remind you that this is not metal band promotional material.

To all parents in a horror film, sometimes, the director doesn't give a damn about you.
Pinhead hits a wall and doesn't know why.

Again. Not promotional material for a band.

The creature that broke the man...doesn't really have a ring to it.
